Dear Chesa Friends,
We are now approaching the opening of the winter season at the Chesa Grischuna Hotel. Our whole team is looking forward to welcoming you again with much enthusiasm and enjoyment.
The start of our winter season this year not only holds exciting events but also a generous offer. From 2nd until 23rd December 2011 our guests can be the first to ski on the white fresh slopes for free. With every overnight stay at the hotel we are offering a day pass to all open ski slopes in the Klosters and Davos mountain areas.
With many guests expected over Christmas and New Year, we shall do our utmost to make your whole winter season pleasurable and memorable, from our après-ski evenings at the bar to our usual exquisite dining. Our bar guests this winter will be entertained by Brett Bennett in December and January and by Gianni Amato in February. In our restaurant, our team is still striving to offer you the most delicious dishes. We are proud to inform you that our restaurant under the leadership of Chef de cuisine Michael Bless has been awarded another Gault Millau point, and now stands at 14 points.
Following the busy festive season and the New Year celebrations, the ski slopes in January will be less crowded for keen skiers who want to enjoy the sport away from the crowd. Please contact us and we will offer you a wonderful place to stay to add to your ski experience. Once again, the 8th “Klosters Snow Polo Tournament” will take place this year from the 18th until 22nd January.
While we are expecting a busy February with families heading to the mountains for their holidays, March is the month that attracts guests who want to enjoy long sunny days. Keep a few days of your holidays and come and see us. Finally it gives us great pleasure to announce that Jazz Diva Dana Gillespie will once again be performing with her band at our hotel on March 16th. We will bring our winter season to a close with our traditional Easter brunch in April on the rhythms of a Swiss Troupe with original costumes of Appenzell.
